Top Skills for 2025 – Mastering Leadership Join us from 8:00 to 9:30 AM as Asger Daugbjerg kicks off our series with a thought-provoking presentation on the Top Skills for 2025.
Why Leadership Matters More Than Ever Leadership is widely recognized as an essential skill in every organization. Yet, despite its importance, it remains an area where many fall short. So, why revisit something so fundamental?
According to a global study*, only about 1 in 4 employees feel truly engaged in their work. The majority are what we now call "Quiet Quitters" – employees who put in the bare minimum, lacking enthusiasm, effort, or commitment.
And the primary driver behind this disengagement? Poor leadership. Poor leadership doesn't just lower engagement; it undermines productivity and hits the bottom line hard. As the saying goes, people don't leave bad companies; they leave bad leaders.
Key Discussion Points: - How organizations can effectively train their leaders.
- Strategies for transitioning specialists into leadership roles.
- Practical insights on fostering leadership that drives engagement and results.
Don't miss this opportunity to gain actionable insights into how great leadership can transform teams and organizations.
Secure Your Spot for the Full Series & Save! Take advantage of our 4-session package deal and secure tickets for the entire series at a special discounted rate. Ensure you don't miss out on this exclusive opportunity to develop essential skills for 2025 and beyond. Secure your package deal now in the registration section!

Securing a place at a top UK university is more than just an academic milestone; it is a stepping stone to a successful and fulfilling future. It is also important to understand that getting a place in elite university doesn't happen overnight. It requires years of preparation—beginning in high school or even earlier. In partnership with Crimson Education, we cordially invite you to a special event where you can learn the essential steps to support your child through the rigorous admissions process. Our education expert, Evelyn Wu, Senior UK Strategist from Crimson Education, will walk you through how to navigate the complex landscape of university applications, and how to craft a standout application that will impress admissions committees.
About Our Speaker: Evelyn graduated from Oxford University, UK with an honored Master and Bachelor degree in Mathematics. Before joining Crimson, she had previously worked for the British Council, Taiwan, for almost 10 years in education training and UK university admission strategy.
During her time with the British Council, she worked closely with Taiwan's Ministry of Education and local educational authorities in training teachers, sharing different practices and best examples across the East Asia region. While promoting the UK education brand, she trained local agencies and organised marketing campaigns such as the UK Education Fair in partnership with the UK Higher Education Institutions.
In the past years, she has helped many students reach their dream universities such as Oxbridge, LSE, Imperial, UCL as well as other Russell Group universities. She is particularly interested in the area of medicine, and has helped many aspiring medics successfully gain admission into medical schools such as Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, KCL, Glasgow, Birmingham and more.
