That’s a wrap on another fantastic Waitangi Day Family Celebrations! Held on Sunday at the Australian International School, this annual event brought together our incredible Kiwi community for an afternoon filled with fun, laughter, and manaakitanga.

A special highlight of the day was the powerful Kapa Haka performance by AIS students, led by Tony Keepa. Their passionate performance was a beautiful tribute to Māori culture and a proud moment for our community.

From the ever-popular Slip-and-Slide to delicious Kiwi treats, vibrant market stalls, and family-friendly activities, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The excitement reached new heights with our Air New Zealand raffle draw, where lucky winners walked away with amazing prizes!

A heartfelt thank you to our event partner, Australian International School, our generous sponsors, and everyone who joined us to celebrate. Your support and enthusiasm make this event a true reflection of the Kiwi spirit.

We can't wait to do it all again next year - kia ora and see you in 2026!

Top Skills for 2025 – Mastering Leadership
Join us from 8:00 to 9:30 AM as Asger Daugbjerg kicks off our series with a thought-provoking presentation on the Top Skills for 2025.

Why Leadership Matters More Than Ever
Leadership is widely recognized as an essential skill in every organization. Yet, despite its importance, it remains an area where many fall short. So, why revisit something so fundamental?

According to a global study*, only about 1 in 4 employees feel truly engaged in their work. The majority are what we now call "Quiet Quitters" – employees who put in the bare minimum, lacking enthusiasm, effort, or commitment.

And the primary driver behind this disengagement? Poor leadership. Poor leadership doesn't just lower engagement; it undermines productivity and hits the bottom line hard. As the saying goes, people don't leave bad companies; they leave bad leaders.

Key Discussion Points:
  • How organizations can effectively train their leaders.
  • Strategies for transitioning specialists into leadership roles.
  • Practical insights on fostering leadership that drives engagement and results.

Don't miss this opportunity to gain actionable insights into how great leadership can transform teams and organizations.
