Whether they are quick and impulsive or more complex, we all make thousands of decisions every day. It is now widely accepted that unconscious bias affects our decision making process. Research also shows that it is not enough for us to know that we are biased, (it is unconscious after all). We also have to develop and apply strategies to mitigate the impact of this bias.
Furthermore, if we are on the receiving end of unconscious bias, it is important to know how to not let it distract us and affect our confidence.
