Yvonne is currently the Head of Business Management for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd (ANZ) with regional responsibilities covering Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, India, and the Middle East. Based in Singapore, she leads geographies, helping to ensure the successful delivery of ANZ's banking activities and strategic priorities across the region.

Prior to this, Yvonne was based in Thailand for 3 years as Head of Research & Analysis with ANZ where she played an integral role in building the Bank's Thai business, with focus on providing sound risk management analytics and insights to the banking needs of customers. Before joining ANZ Thailand, Yvonne was based in Singapore with ANZ after spending a number of years in New Zealand with Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Banking team as well as RHB Investment Bank in Malaysia.

Yvonne's international banking experience has given her strong understanding of the New Zealand and ASEAN markets. She also has deep appreciation of the significant opportunities that exist for the New Zealand-ASEAN relationship, which drives her passion for supporting stronger connectivity between the two markets.

Yvonne's New Zealand connection originates from her days as a student at Victoria Universoty in Wellington where she graduated with Bachelor of Computer Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Mathematics. Today, her Kiwi ties remain strong with many of her family members currently residing across both the North and South Islands.

In her downtime, Yvonne likes to enjoy a glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc or Central Otago Pinot Noir!

Nick oversees the overall strategy, direction and management of the Philips Personal Health business in 14 countries across the APAC region. He has worked for Philips since 2009, and most recently, Nick led the Philips Espresso Business Unit from Italy, managing the innovation pipeline, manufacturing and marketing aspects of the business. Prior to this, he was the Global Marketing Lead for the Domestic Appliances Business in Amsterdam.
Nick has extensive global experience in marketing, sales, finance and general management, having worked in senior roles in the Consumer Electronics sector, for companies such as De’Longhi, Kenwood and Candy-Hoover.
Nick is a proud New Zealander, and since 2019 he has been a Board member of the NZ Chamber, taking over the role of President in 2020. He has led a revised Strategy approach, working closely with the Executive Director to focus events and engagements around key strategic pillars, both virtually and in person. Nick maintains strong ties with his native country, despite living abroad the last 20 years, in Holland, Italy and Singapore. He is fluent in both German and Italian, from his student exchange year in Switzerland in 1991/92 and having worked in Italy for 16 years. Nick completed his undergraduate Commerce and post-graduate Arts degrees from Victoria University of Wellington, and was the recipient of a semester scholarship at the University of Tübingen, Germany. Nick furthered his studies with an Executive MBA at the SDA Bocconi Business School in Milan, and in 2018 he attended the Finance for Executive program at INSEAD in Fontainebleu.
In his free time, Nick is President of the NZ Chamber (Singapore), a keen road cyclist, and Head Coach U9 at Centaurs Rugby Club. Nick’s other interests include singing, music and cooking Italian cuisine.

Rebecca owns a range of escape room and VR entertainment businesses in Asia Pacific – from Virtual Room in Singapore and Australia to the Escape Hunt group across Australia & NZ.
Prior to setting up her own businesses she was a management consultant for some of the world’s top consulting firms where she helped businesses grow and improve their operations.

In her spare time, Rebecca is an avid foodie and regularly writes reviews for Singapore’s top restaurants, bars and staycation destinations for the Expat Choice network.

My family and I relocated to Singapore 2 years ago, and despite the challenges of Covid, we have immensely enjoyed the lifestyle and the long-term connections we have made through the NZ Chamber and the broader community.

I am an experienced Commercial Manager who has worked in FMCG, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Media sectors in the UK, Singapore and New Zealand. I’ve been with Fonterra for over 10 years, with a clear theme across my various roles to drive activities which deliver sustainable value for the Co-op. I have a passion in enabling others to achieve their strategic and every day goals, of being a part of a business which has aligned values to mine, and delivering a strategy which ultimately aspires to make a difference.

My current role as General Manager (Commercial) for the Active Living business unit reinforces these characteristics, where I am part of a great leadership team focused on delivering health and wellness dairy ingredients & solutions from NZ to large brand owners across the globe.

I have a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University (majoring in Accountancy and Sports Management) and I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA). I am a passionate Kiwi, and I would welcome the opportunity to further grow and foster the New Zealand community of people and businesses here in Singapore.

Kellie is the VP People & Culture for bp’s global Shipping business, Trading Market Development & Innovation, and our Refining & Products Trading business in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, she also holds the role of VP People & Culture for all of bp’s Singapore based businesses. We will aim to dramatically reduce carbon footprint in our operations and in our production, and grow our new low carbon businesses, products, and services. Since 2019 Kellie has been on the board of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, recently stepping up into the role of Secretary. She is an active member of MAIA, a key part of New Zealand Chamber of Commerce’s network which supports NZ women working in Asia. The New Zealand Chamber of Commerce (Singapore) is a non-profit organisation established in 1983 with the purpose to “connect, promote and grow" opportunities for our members both in Singapore and regionally by extending their networks and promoting business relationships
Kellie has been based in Singapore for the past 5 years after an 8-year period in the United Kingdom. Originally from Auckland, New Zealand Kellie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management & Employment Relations and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Business Ethics from the University of Auckland.
Kellie’s areas of expertise include business partnering, cultural transformation, organisational design and executive coaching with a strong generalist HR foundation. As a Kiwi she is always after a new challenge that enables businesses and leaders to deliver high performing organisations with inclusive cultures where contribution is recognised, and individuals succeed.
