A lawyer with BP’s oil trading business in Singapore, Raina previously practiced with global law firm Linklaters and was based out of Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia at different times. A strong advocate for D&I, Raina also co-heads BP’s Women in Business network in Singapore and actively advocates for more gender equality and progress. When not working, Raina is eating, planning her next 5 holidays, looking for a mountain to climb, Netflixing and stalking pups of all sizes and colours.

General Manager, Philips Personal Health APAC at Royal Philips, APAC Region

Nick oversees the overall strategy, direction and management of the Philips Personal Health business in 14 countries across the APAC region. He has worked for Royal Philips since 2009, and most recently, Nick led the Philips Espresso Business Unit from Italy, managing the innovation pipeline, manufacturing and marketing aspects of the business. Prior to this, he was the Global Marketing Lead for the Domestic Appliances Business in Amsterdam.
Nick has extensive global experience in marketing, sales, finance and general management, having worked in senior roles in the Consumer Electronics sector, for companies such as De’Longhi, Kenwood and Candy-Hoover.
Nick is a proud New Zealander, and maintains strong ties with his native country, despite living abroad the last 20 years, in Holland, Italy and Singapore. He is fluent in both German and Italian, having undertaken a student exchange in Switzerland in 1991/92 and working in Italy for 16 years. He completed his undergraduate Commerce and post-graduate Arts degrees from Victoria University of Wellington, and was the recipient of a semester scholarship at the University of Tübingen, Germany. Nick furthered his studies with an Executive MBA at the SDA Bocconi Business School in Milan, and in 2018 he attended the Finance for Executive program at INSEAD in Fontainebleu.
In his free time, Nick is a triathlete, currently training for the IronMan 70.3 in Taupo, and is a member of the Rapha Cycling Club Singapore. He coaches kids’ rugby at Centaurs Rugby Club. Nick’s other interests include singing and cooking Italian cuisine.
