Emotional Intelligence Workshop

As part of MĀIA's development mission, we are proud to present this hands on workshop which is open to everyone.

While IQ is about how smart you are, emotional intelligence (EI) or emotional quotient (EQ) is about how emotionally mature you are. A critical factor of success is to understand why EI is about the intelligent use of emotions and not about becoming more emotional.

The objective of this workshop is to provide a framework for understanding the physiological and psychological reasons why EI is a critical factor for evaluating high performance in the workplace – As well as to gain these insights in a fun and interactive way!

You will also hear from one of Desmond's Multinational Corporate clients. Attendee's will learn how they are using EI assessments and executive coaching across five countries, to develop 'ready-now' executives for new and existing markets.
