Oriana has over a decade of experience working in business performance and strategy in the energy, agriculture, and government sectors in Asia Pacific, and is a Senior Sustainability Strategist at Forum for the Future’s Singapore office.

She works alongside leading companies such as Unilever, China Navigation, Amazon, Marks and Spencer, Dole, Air New Zealand, Vector, Ports of Auckland, and Zespri on their sustainability strategies and policies, and cross sector partnerships and programs on decarbonisation and circular supply chains.

Oriana previously spent 4 years in strategy and marketing roles including business performance for the Executive team at New Zealand’s largest energy company, Vector, and product development manager for the global seafood company, Sanford.

At the Ministry for Primary Industries, she worked for 4 years in emergency response and international trade. Oriana started her career as a consultant advising energy and agriculture companies on how to solve climate change and sustainability issues.

Oriana graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Waikato, and a Master of Science in Marine Science from the University of Auckland. She studied International Trade Law at Victoria University of Wellington, and is a qualified PRINCE2 Project Manager.

She sits on the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce (Singapore) MĀIA Women’s committee.

Despite not living in NZ for almost 17 years, I'm still intensely proud and parochial about New Zealand’s thought Leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurialism which has always been part of our cultural fabric. I am aware of the value and benefits I gained from my upbringing in New Zealand and have a desire to give back to the country in some small way. If I can do so through my commercial experience and assisting NZ companies grow globally and employ more New Zealanders, I would be intensely proud and honoured to do so.

I was born in Auckland, New Zealand and grew up on the North Shore where I was educated at Westlake Boys High School. I attended Auckland University, obtaining two undergraduate degrees (Bcom, BProp) and then worked in Exxon Mobil’s graduate recruitment program. In 2003, I moved to Sydney Australia to start a career in Procter and gamble and then Medtronic. I met my wife Kate in Sydney and we were married in 2009 and have two children – Tayla (10 years old) and Thomas (5 years old ). In 2016 , we moved as a family to Singapore to take up a new adventure and cultural experience.
I have recently been involved with the Chamber of Commerce and also the Bro Town touch team, being in the committee and organizing new corporate sponsorship.

Shane Marsh heads ANZ’s Financial Institutions business in Singapore. In this role he is responsible for the client relationships across Banks, Insurance, Funds and Diversified segments.

Shane has held a number of roles at ANZ covering New Zealand, Australia and Singapore markets, and ranging from Product Management, Project leadership, to front line Sales and relationship responsibility.

He has over 13 years experience in the Banking industry and 6 years in Telecommunications. Through this time he has developed a deep understanding of technology and digital innovation, having gained experience in blockchain, crypto currency and Fin Tech.

Shane is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Management.

Liz is an experienced HR Director with over 15 years’ experience working at Deloitte in a number of different Firms across Asia Pacific and more broadly in a HR career of over 20 years with experience working in New Zealand and the UK She has held a broad range of generalist and specialist HR leadership roles and is skilled in HR Functional Leadership, Talent Development, HR Strategy Execution, Coaching and Talent Acquisition.

Liz currently holds a dual role as the HR Director for Deloitte Asia Pacific and HR Director for the Asia Pacific Consulting Business.

Liz holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Massey University and a Bachelor of Political Science Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington She and her husband have a son and a daughter and currently call Singapore home.

My family and I have lived in Singapore for two years; my two boys are at UWC East and my wife Pam works for NZTE. We are here because I was transferred to Singapore with my employer Accor Hospitality.

My current role is General Manager of Sales and Marketing for the Fairmont Singapore and Swissotel the Stamford. The complex has just over 2,000 5-star Hotel rooms, 14 F&B outlets and largest Hotel Convention Centre in Singapore.

I have more than 18 years General Management experience across multiple countries, markets, customer segments and hotel brands. I specialise in bringing cultural and financial change to businesses to deliver a deliver strong long-term results for key stakeholders.

I have held positions on a variety of commercial and advisory boards in the New Zealand accommodation and hospitality industry where I have represented the interests of members, local government, government and iwi.

Like many industries, we are experiencing interesting and challenging times in hospitality and tourism no matter where you are in the world. Singapore has its own unique challenges with very little domestic hotel market. Where there is a challenge, there is an opportunity and the current environment has enabled me to push for change in the way we sell and market to both domestically and internationally. I have been able to deploy innovations that would have taken much longer to get traction with stakeholders had we been in a business as usual environment.

Outside work I enjoy exploring Singapore by bike with my family - living on the East Coast makes that easy. Singapore is such a great spot for families and we still have so much to see and do over the years ahead. I also enjoy a glass of decent New Zealand wine when I can get my hands on it.
