Over the past 4 years, I have built the Escape Hunt franchise to span seven branches across ANZ, generating $5m+ in revenue annually.

Bachelor of Commerce (1st Class Honours) from the University of Auckland, majored in Management Science & Information Systems.

Rachael is currently Policy Communications Manager at Facebook covering Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Rachael spent five years at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise as Marketing and Communications Manager, in Dubai from 2014 and Singapore since 2017. Rachael was responsible for NZTE’s marketing, communications and events work in support of Kiwi export businesses operating in the Middle East, India and East Asia.

Prior to moving overseas, Rachael worked as an advisor to the Minister of Commerce in Wellington. Rachael has governance experience as the 2019-2021 Associate Director for a NZ F&B export company KONO, a subsidiary of Wakatu Incorporation based in Nelson and is actively involved in supporting businesses export to Asia. Rachael holds a law degree from Victoria University.

Rachael is passionate about helping Kiwis and New Zealand businesses find success offshore and would welcome the opportunity to be part of the Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee in Singapore.

Nick oversees the overall strategy, direction and management of the Philips Personal Health business in 14 countries across the APAC region. He has worked for Royal Philips since 2009, and most recently, Nick led the Philips Espresso Business Unit from Italy, managing the innovation pipeline, manufacturing and marketing aspects of the business. Prior to this, he was the Global Marketing Lead for the Domestic Appliances Business in Amsterdam.
Nick has extensive global experience in marketing, sales, finance and general management, having worked in senior roles in the Consumer Electronics sector, for companies such as De’Longhi, Kenwood and Candy-Hoover.
Nick is a proud New Zealander, and maintains strong ties with his native country, despite living abroad the last 20 years, in Holland, Italy and Singapore. He is fluent in both German and Italian, having undertaken a student exchange in Switzerland in 1991/92 and working in Italy for 16 years. He completed his undergraduate Commerce and post-graduate Arts degrees from Victoria University of Wellington, and was the recipient of a semester scholarship at the University of Tübingen, Germany. Nick furthered his studies with an Executive MBA at the SDA Bocconi Business School in Milan, and in 2018 he attended the Finance for Executive program at INSEAD in Fontainebleu.
In his free time, Nick is a triathlete, currently training for the IronMan 70.3 in Taupo, and is a member of the Rapha Cycling Club Singapore. He coaches kids’ rugby at Centaurs Rugby Club. Nick’s other interests include singing and cooking Italian cuisine.

I am a senior business executive passionate about both the need, and the opportunity, for businesses to embrace Sustainability in the way they operate and lead change. I have deep experience in enterprise business model transformation often driven by strategies involving new market entry, M&A, JVs, start-ups and strategic alliances. This experience along with business development and stakeholder management reaches across APAC, Middle East and UK geographies. My hands-on approach to designing, building and enhancing enterprise business models has been built through my diverse experience across multiple business functions and industries. One of my most interesting roles during recent years was a move to Saudi Arabia to establish, manage and grow the TCS Womens-only BPS centre in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that reached 500 strong in 18months.

I am currently responsible for GRI’ ASEAN Regional Hub, launching in September 2019. My focus will be working across diverse multi-stakeholder networks advocating change and enabling businesses, governments, regulators, stock exchanges, investors, academia and media constituencies of the ASEAN region to engage in dialogue, embrace innovative sustainability practices and make better decisions based on information that matters.

I am also responsible for championing Business Sustainability Initiatives with key APAC stakeholders to result in measurable economic, social, environmental, governance outcomes that have industry relevance. These Business Model based Sustainability Initiatives draw on TCS’s Research and Innovation Labs as well as our substantial Industry expertise and sustainability commitment. Our partnerships, with leading local and global customers across APAC, give us a unique opportunity to collaboratively work on sustainability related challenges to identify opportunities for digital enablement.

Prior to this Michele was based in Singapore and Hong Kong and was responsible for the Insurance business growth and delivery operations across NGM APAC for TCS.

Michele is a New Zealander and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Waikato. She is married to Peter and has a passion for exploring different countries and cultures as well as wonderful food and wine, movies, music and dance.

As South East Asia Business Partner for ANZ, Steven is primarily focused on improving business performance for their FIG (Financial Institutions Group) and Transaction Banking products across the region. Before moving to Singapore in 2017, Steven had several roles within the global product finance function at ANZ in Melbourne, covering business partnering, FP&A and financial control within financial markets.

Steven's experience in financial services extends beyond APAC, having spent time in London with Morgan Stanley in their real estate investing business. Steven started his working life in Assurance and Advisory with Ernst and Young in Melbourne.

Steven has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA). He currently plays at active role in the CA Young Members committee in Singapore.

Kellie is the Head of HR for BP's main supply, trading, corporate and functional business activities in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore this includes the oil, gas, chemicals, carbon and finance trading business for the Eastern Hemisphere, covering the Middle East, Australia, NZ, India and Asia. Together with her husband she has been based in Singapore for the past 2 years after an 8-year period in the United Kingdom. Originally from Auckland, New Zealand Kellie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management & Employment Relations and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Business Ethics from the University of Auckland.

Kellie areas of expertise include business partnering, cultural transformation, organisational design and executive coaching with a strong generalist HR foundation. As a Kiwi she is always after a new challenge that enables businesses and leaders to deliver high performing organisations with inclusive cultures where contribution is recognised, and individuals succeed.
