'Off The Record' is back for a second year, as we give the mic back to a very special guest speaker - current Executive Director of the APEC Secretariat, ex-Governor of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, ex-Secretary to the New Zealand Treasury, ex-Chairman of the New Zealand Commerce Commission, ex-Director of the New Zealand Institute of Economic Research, and not to mention best selling author, computer game designer, and painter - Dr. Alan Bollard.

In last years 'Off The Record' we heard a collection of incredible fly-on-the-wall tales from New Zealand's most enduring political journalist, Barry Soper.
